... The bar at The Farr Bay Inn
We have a cosy bar with a wood burning stove which only adds to the relaxed country atmospehere. We are unfortunately unable to allow children under the age of fourteen into the bar area, but we have a comfortable lounge area where they are more than welcome.
The bar is well stocked offering a number of single malts whiskies, wines, spirits, draught beers, and soft drinks. Smoking is no longer permitted in the bar due to national legislation changes in March 2006, but we have tables outside where you may smoke if you wish.
For those wishing to drink outside, the inn has a delightful garden and stone seated beer garden (weather permitting of course).
Live music ...
Live arranged or impromptu music is a regular occurence at the inn, and people are encouraged to bring musical instruments and whip up a tune whenever the mood takes them. This is as true for visitors as it is for locals, and it all adds to our unique and welcoming atmosphere.
