Designed for supervisors of food handlers, the course is of three and one half days duration, with a two-hour exam completing the fourth day.
The course covers:
- Characteristics of bacteria and food contamination,
- Clarification of the relationship between food hygiene,
- spoilage and poisoning,
- Pest control, cleaning and maintenance,
- Hazard analysis.
