    Basic animal care for all sorts of creatures.


    Course description

    This ten week course will teach you all about basic animal care including first aid, grooming, basic nutrition and prevantative health care. It will cover the care, anatomy and physiology of a wide range of animals including mammals, fish, birds and reptiles. 

    The course is flexible: people attending the course will be able to identify areas of particular interest to themselves and develop their knowledge.

    Often offered as part of our evenng class provision, starting in September or February each year. Further details about evening classes may be found elsewhere on the website, usually as an announcement on the home page or in the "Resources" area, or are given in the brochures published twice per year in June and November.
