Ella Wingent - Receptionist Ella specialised in business management when she was at school, and since leaving has worked in the leisure industry as an equestrian instructor and stable manager. Ella saw an exciting new opportunity as our hotel receptionist where her people skills and business skills would be developed further. She is working towards her Modern Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
Paula Bain - General Assistant With three years experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, Paula has gained a passion for customer care and looks forward to giving you a warm welcome to the Burghfield. Paula is currently studying towards a Modern Apprenticeship in Hospitality Supervision And Leadership whilst working full time as a general assistant at the hotel. Paula can be found working in all departments, giving excellent service in one of our fine dining rooms, providing a warm reception, or ensuring that our rooms are serviced to the highest standard.
